Superintendent, City of Picayune (2007-2008). State certified in both wastewater and water. Supervise fifteen employees whom are responsible for 58 pump stations and 28 grinder pump stations, in additions to four water wells and five storage tanks. I also supervise the red-light and street light department with in the city. Prepare and maintain yearly budget for five departments. Hire and discharge employees as required. Oversee all sewer and water line improvement, maintenance or repair in accordance with MS Health Department & MSDEQ requirement. Review and approve plans on new business and construction with in the city limits.

General Manager, West Lamar Water Association (2005 – 2007). Supervise, coordinate, plan, and monitor all office and field operations. Prepares and presents to the Board of Directors one year and five capital plans. Reviews and approves all reports required by State and Federal agencies and other agencies to insure that such reports are accurate and filed on time as required. Monitors data used for such reports and advises Board of Directors of any problems along with possible solutions. Train, supervise and evaluate personnel. Presents wage/salary or bonus recommendations to the Board of Directors. Hires or discharges personnel as required. Monitors and makes recommendations, to the Board of Directors, concerning the maintenance and operation of all physical plant equipment necessary for reliable water operations. Ensures that physical inventories are maintained and supplied as required. Monitors and advises of changes needed to maintain or modify the listing of plant assets on a yearly basis. Prepares a yearly budget for capital plans, operations, supplies, labor, etc. Present plans and methods to improve and modify existing levels of customer service so that all employees improve the image and service of WLWA to its customers.

Wastewater Treatment Plant Supervisor, City of Picayune (2000 – 2005). State certified in both wastewater and water. Supervise ten employees whom are responsible for 52 pump stations and 28 grinder pump stations, in additions to four water wells and five storage tanks. I also supervise the red-light and street light department with in the city. Prepare and maintain yearly budget for three departments. Hire and discharge employees as required. Oversee all sewer and water line improvement, maintenance or repair in accordance with MS Health Department requirement. Review and approve plans on new business and construction with in the city limits.

Lab Technician, Crosby Memorial Hospital (1999 – 2000). Responsible for drawing patient’s blood, performing critical lab testing. Entering data into computer and generating reports for physicians. Responsible for preparing daily proficiency reports and maintaining public relationship at all times. Maintained and reordered all material needed for inventory.

General Contractor, Seal Construction, Inc. (1993 – 1999). Responsible for summating bids for jobs and negotiating with clients to retain job. Over see all aspects of construction from slab to roof. Supervised two crews of eight men. Hired and discharged employees as required, responsible for ordering all material need for each job site and handled all pay role matters.

Fire watch Supervisor, PSI Offshore, Inc. (1991 – 1993). Worked on refurbishing jobs on offshore platform rigs and land rigs for oil and gas companies. Responsible for holding safety meetings at the beginning of each shift, inspecting and purging all lines with nitrogen to be worked on. Inspected and maintained all safety equipment, hired and discharged employees as required. Prepared work log on all employees and turned in weekly proficiency reports to president of PSI.

Electrician, Textron Marina (1989 – 1991). Responsible for running cable through hull of ship and hooking up to main circuit board and breaker panel. Bench checked and inspected all panels before installation.

Airframe Repair Technician, U.S Air Force (1986 – 1989). Responsible for sheetmetal and fiberglass repairs on all types of aircraft. Other duties included but not limited to being a member of the quality assurance team, assisted with inspections of repairs made on aircraft and observed workers for safe work practice. Supervised the Phase Dock crew to insure all inspections and repaired were made by dead line.
